The project consisted of the full renovation of the Billing department, Block A (3 Floors of patient rooms), Radiology department, UPS rooms, Endoscopy department, Dermatology department, Block E, Delivery Suite, Academic Space and Administration offices. Our main scope on this project was: Project management, conditions of contract, specifications, detailed bill of quantity and tender evaluation.
