A 175-bed hospital for Trauma and Rehabilitation located in the Sharjah region of the United Arab Emirates with a bua of 70,000m2 with all corresponding amenities and utilities. The undertaking includes development of a medical clinic comprises of beds, inpatient offices including a committed bed ICU, eight working theaters, crisis office, restoration office and an instructing focus. This emergency clinic will give superb medicinal thoughtfulness regarding injury and ensuing restoration cases inside the district. It is the first hospital of its kind in Sharjah, providing medical attention and subsequent rehabilitation for trauma cases within the region. Our main scope on this project was: Budget estimate, detailed pricing, conditions of contract, specifications, detailed bill of quantity and tender evaluation.
